Refund Policy

Devellux Inc., referred to as the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” operates the platform aitools.digital, referred to as the “Website” or “Service.”

This Policy outlines the process for requesting a refund and the circumstances under which a refund may be approved.

1. Chargeback

A chargeback arises when you contest a transaction with your card issuer, prompting the issuer to contact us in an attempt to reverse the payment. If a chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to suspend access to your account. Any fees or costs resulting from chargebacks or other payment disputes are your responsibility.

2. Payment Model

Our Website operates on a subscription model that requires payment of a recurring fee for access to the Paid Plan during a designated billing period. If a renewal payment is unsuccessful on the scheduled billing date, our system may automatically attempt to process the payment again over the following days. Several retries may occur within a defined timeframe.

3. Subscription

If you decide to end your Subscription, you may cancel it at any time. After cancellation, you will retain access to your Paid Plan until the current billing period ends, at which point your account will automatically revert to the free version.

Please note that inactivity or non-use of the Service does not qualify as a valid reason for a refund. Once a subscription is activated, the user receives full access to Paid Plan Services regardless of how frequently they are used.

If you decide to stop using the Service, it is your responsibility to cancel your subscription in advance.

4. Refund Processing

The right to request a refund is granted exclusively to users who are subscribed to a Paid Plan.

Once you receive confirmation that your refund has been approved, the Company generally processes it within 3 business days. The Company is not responsible for any bank transfer fees, processing irregularities, or delays caused by your bank or its services.

Please note that refund processing depends on the payment date and, in some cases, may have a sharply increased likelihood of experiencing some issue. Unfortunately, we have no control over this, as such refunds are processed by independent payment card network processors, which have their own rules. Therefore, we cannot handle your refund in such a case.

In general, refunds may be issued within 30 days of the original transaction date. You are not entitled to a refund once this period has expired. Any approved refund will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

For the same reason, it is also not possible to route a refund from one payment method to another one (e.g., to a new credit card with a different payment provider).

Refunds are not available once you have used your subscription in a meaningful way.

5. Expired Account

If your account remains inactive on the Website for more than 180 (one hundred eighty) days from the date of your last payment, it will be considered expired and subsequently deleted. Once your account or profile is removed, all personal data processed by the Company will also be deleted.

6. Account Deletion or Suspension

You may request the deletion of your account at any time by using the “Deactivate account” option in your account settings. Please note that deactivating your account does not grant eligibility for a refund.

Before an account is permanently deleted, it enters a 14-day temporary deactivation period. During this time, you may choose to reactivate your account. If you have any remaining funds or credits in your account, you must notify our Support Team within this 14-day period.

If we suspend or deactivate your account due to a violation of our policies, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds or exchanges will be provided for any unused Services, content, data, or any other items linked to your account.

Account deletion is permanent. If you later choose to use our Services again or access features that require an account, you will need to register a new one.

7. Payment Services

We rely on third-party payment service providers to process online payments. All transactions are encrypted and managed directly by these payment partners. We do not store, process, or access your complete payment card details on our servers.

8. Data You Provide to Us

Billing information you submit for payment, including credit or debit card details, is processed solely by our payment service providers. We do not collect, store, or otherwise manage this billing data.

You acknowledge that the Company is not responsible for the actions or security practices of third-party payment processors. Your payment transactions are governed by the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the relevant payment provider, in addition to this Policy.

We may change our payment providers from time to time and may require them to transfer your information to another secure provider that uses SSL or comparable encryption technology.
