The Service may rely on AI models and technologies supplied by third-party providers, including but not limited to Anthropic PBC, Olive Works LLC, OpenAI LLC, Winston AI Inc. and others.
We retain the right to alter, improve, or discontinue any portion of the Service at any time and without prior notice.
2. Fees and Payment Terms
We offer both free and paid subscription plans:
- Free Plan includes limited access and a usage quota of 500 credits, along with potential word and/or page limits or feature restrictions.
- Paid Plan is billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis and provides access to enhanced features with no limitations on credits, character and page count, or other usage parameters or tool features unless otherwise specified. Pricing may be shown on the Website, provided by support, or shared upon request. By purchasing a Paid Plan, you authorize us to automatically process all applicable charges at the beginning of each billing cycle and upon renewal, using the payment method you supplied. We reserve the right to adjust subscription fees with a minimum of 30 days’ prior notice.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current subscription term. Please be aware that we do not issue refunds for unused time, partial billing periods, or for cancellation requests submitted after a renewal has occurred. Inactivity or lack of use of the Service does not qualify for a refund.
We may modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the Services at our discretion and without prior notice, and we bear no responsibility for any consequences resulting from such changes.
